The O&M Site Lead coordinates daily site operations and maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient performance of facility assets. This role directs maintenance personnel and contractors while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in operations or maintenance within an industrial environment and possess an associate degree or equivalent technical certification. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems is required, along with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

E&L provides integrated capabilities across logistics and sustainment, mission operations, engineering services, readiness and modernization programs, scientific research support, and exploration initiatives in some of the world’s most complex and challenging environments.
The business unit supports customers across the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, and commercial partners, delivering innovative solutions that enhance mission readiness, operational effectiveness, and long-term mission success.
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Site Lead is responsible for coordinating daily site operations and maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of facility assets and equipment. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, providing technical guidance to operations and maintenance personnel while supporting operational goals, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements. The O&M Site Lead works closely with site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize equipment availability, maintenance execution, and overall site performance. The position plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
$114,800.00-$172,200.00 annually/DOE
