Provide second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians regarding the installation and configuration of technical products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, maintaining network stability, and providing onsite training to customers.
Requires a TS/SCI security clearance and a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess knowledge of designated systems and be willing to travel up to 50%.

In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.
The qualified candidate will provide expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians. Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems.
Basic Compensation: $76,700 - $115,000 (This range is for Maryland only)
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
