The HR Consultant will provide project-based support for talent acquisition, performance management redesign, and HRIS implementation. They will also lead organizational development projects, employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate company events.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience. Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now, and strong project management skills are essential.

Position Summary
Kanto Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to provide project-based support across a variety of human resources initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Head of Human Resources and key business leaders to execute strategic and operational HR projects designed to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support ongoing business growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on HR professional who can independently manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively across departments.
This position is intended to provide tactical and project-based HR expertise to support key organizational initiatives while enhancing the effectiveness and capacity of the Human Resources function.
