Lead the placement and negotiation of complex reinsurance programs while managing high-level client and market relationships. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and providing technical expertise on risk transfer and pricing.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in reinsurance brokerage with a proven track record of managing large accounts. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management is required, and professional certifications like ACII or CPCU are preferred.
