The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and transmitting emergency and routine information to security, ambulance, and transportation units. They monitor security systems and handle incoming calls to support residents and associates.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and Emergency Dispatching (EMD) certification is preferred. Candidates should have basic Microsoft Office knowledge and the ability to handle high-stress environments.
