The role focuses on the accurate and compliant processing of client money and asset movements, including wires, ACH, and internal transfers. It involves verifying instructions, tracking settlements, and collaborating with custodians to resolve transaction errors.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and basic knowledge of wire processing or cash operations within financial services. The ability to work both independently and effectively within a team is required.
Any experience and basic knowledge with wire processing or cash operations in financial services, banking, or brokerage required. A successful Client Operations Associate will need the skills to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a reputable wealth management firm on a long-term basis. The Client Operations Associate is a non-exempt - non‑client‑facing, position and may be eligible for a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.
Education: Minimum of High School diploma required
Compensation: Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime, bonuses and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and 401(k).
