The Head of Quality and Risk leads the implementation and continuous improvement of integrated quality and enterprise risk management frameworks. This role provides strategic leadership to clinical governance teams to ensure organizational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as health management, nursing, or business. A minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in quality, governance, or risk within a highly regulated environment is required.
Reporting to the Director Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience, the Head of Quality and Risk is responsible for leading and continuously enhancing Jewish Care Victoria's integrated Quality and Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks to support excellence in care, governance and service delivery.
This executive leadership role will strengthen organisational capability in clinical governance, enterprise risk, quality improvement, compliance and policy management, ensuring systems align with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
