The Of Counsel attorney will defend and litigate a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges in court and arbitration. They will also provide expert counsel and training to employers on labor law issues and manage litigation cases in a first-chair capacity.
Candidates must possess a JD from an accredited law school and at least 9 years of experience in employment litigation. Current admission to the South Carolina Bar and significant experience managing litigation cases are required.
