The Associate Sales Director will develop and maintain key advisor relationships within Quebec and Eastern Ontario to drive sales growth. They will also provide internal sales support, including product illustrations and competitive analysis, while liaising between producers and the head office.
Candidates must have a university degree or equivalent experience and 3-4 years of sales experience within the Canadian life insurance industry. Proficiency in both English and French is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
