The operator is responsible for decorating items using screen printing, heat transfers, and pad printing while maintaining high quality standards. Duties include setting up multi-color jobs, mixing inks, and performing quality control checks on printed garments.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with screen printing presses and knowledge of the full production process. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure prolonged heat in a warehouse environment is required.

The screen print operator is responsible for decorating any items that need applied heat transfers, screen printing, or pad printing. This position includes ensuring print jobs are held to the highest quality standards. At times, this position includes taking part in extra tasks as needed.
