Investigate and resolve software issues while monitoring application health and error dashboards. Collaborate with developers to validate software updates and maintain support documentation.
Requires a degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience and authorization to work in the US. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA testing are preferred.

In this role, you'll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users to troubleshoot software issues, monitor application health, support system upgrades, validate releases, and help keep our business-critical systems running smoothly.
