The Sales Advisor is responsible for guiding patients on frame and lens choices while performing technical adjustments and repairs. Additionally, they manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, invoicing, and handling insurance submissions.
Candidates should have experience in customer service or the optical industry and be proficient in English. Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a team environment are required.
