The Global Knowledge Transfer Associate Director is responsible for designing and delivering scientific training programs to the global medical community to enhance functional capabilities. They act as a strategic leader within the Global Medical Asset team, contributing to medical strategy, evidence generation, and the development of learning initiatives.
Candidates must hold a degree, with a postgraduate degree such as an MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBA being ideal. Extensive experience in medical affairs and a strong background in developing and delivering scientific training within the pharmaceutical industry are required.
