Lead the global PPC strategy across all IONOS Group brands, focusing on AI-driven automation and predictive modeling to scale customer acquisition. Manage multi-million Euro budgets and lead an international team to optimize performance across SEA, Social, and Display channels.
Requires at least 7 years of experience in Performance Marketing with 3 years in leadership and a track record of managing budgets over €10M. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and fluency in English are required, along with deep expertise in Google and Microsoft Advertising.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of PPC to lead our paid advertising efforts across all IONOS Group brands and international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role managing significant budgets and driving customer acquisition at scale across multiple channels and geographies. This position can be filled either in Berlin or Karlsruhe.
