The role focuses on managing and renegotiating lease contracts with landlords to ensure efficiency, cost savings, and stability. Responsibilities include converting leases to purchases and managing expropriation procedures.
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in structured environments within similar markets and knowledge of sector-specific contracting. A specialist degree in Engineering, Economics, or Law is preferred.

INWIT is currently Italy’s major Tower Operator with over 23,000 infrastructure assets providing widespread coverage throughout the country, hosting the transmission equipment for all main national operators.
