Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing reporting and relationship maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business retention, process improvements, and the execution of strategic projects.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management or financial services with a proven track record of working with institutional investors. A bachelor's degree is required, and professional certifications like CFA, CAIA, or CMA are advantageous.
