El/la Oficial de Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida es responsable de gestionar, supervisar e implementar la estrategia del programa en el estado de Zulia, en articulación con la Gerencia. Así mismo, será responsable de coordinar e implementar por medio de un enfoque integrado con el personal de finanzas, movilización comunitaria, programas, rendición de cuentas y suministros de CIR-VE; para asegurar la correcta ejecución de actividades frente al marco lógico, el cronograma de trabajo y el plan presupuestal. Se espera que el Oficial viaje frecuentemente a campo para supervisar que se cumpla con la línea técnica en las actividades del programa. Además, será responsable de la administración general y del funcionamiento de la implementación en Zulia. Finalmente, será responsable principal de representar al CIR-VE en territorio frente a otras organizaciones de la cooperación, aliados estratégicos, estructura de gobierno, comunidades y cualquier estructura de coordinación.
Supervisa y asegura la correcta gestión de las actividades en terreno, incluyendo la verificación de estándares en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida según las intervenciones, con conocimiento del plan de acciones, mapa de actores locales y generación de reportes que reflejen avances en las actividades de medios de vida y agua, saneamiento y e higiene y/o seguridad alimentaria.
Armoniza la línea técnica de la organización con los procesos operativos, garantizando que las metodologías incluyan criterios en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida y que la ejecución del programa cumpla con estándares internacionales (MERS, Sphere, otras).
Diseña un plan de acompañamiento operativo que integre acciones en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida en los planes de trabajo locales, alineado con metas y cronograma general de la subvención.
Asegura y hace seguimiento a la ejecución del presupuesto, verificando que los recursos asignados para Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida se utilicen de manera eficiente y conforme a los objetivos del proyecto.
Revisa la información de las diferentes actividades en territorio, asegurando que los reportes incluyan indicadores de Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida Da seguimiento al contexto y reporta cambios relevantes, incluyendo riesgos que afecten los Seguridad Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida, así como incidentes que puedan comprometer las operaciones del proyecto.
Coordina la adherencia de la línea técnica dentro del equipo, asegurando la aplicación de estándares en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida y metodologías participativas para asegurar los aprendizajes y los objetivos del proyecto en la población beneficiaria.
Coordina con los otros proyectos y áreas de la organización, asegurando la integración, complementariedad, sinergias que puedan asegurar una implementación que busque el mejor uso de los recursos y el mayor beneficio para los beneficiarios.
Asegurar la implementación de la calidad programática en los proyectos implementados, verificando el cumplimiento de SOPs y herramientas que incluyan componentes en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida.
Garantiza la coordinación interna de acciones, asegurando que las áreas técnicas y operativas integren Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida en sus compromisos y acuerdos.
Coordina la agenda en el marco de visitas de donantes, mostrando avances y resultados en materia de agua, saneamiento e higiene.
Reconoce medios de comunicación y actores clave, identificando espacios para promover mensajes clave en Seguridad Alimentaria, ASH y/o medios de vida que buscan fortalecer la participación comunitaria.
Profesional en nutrición y dietética, ciencias sociales, gestión del desarrollo o áreas afines, trabajo social o áreas afines y/o ingenieros agrónomos o agro industriales con experiencia en proyectos de seguridad alimentaria en comunidades.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión y ejecución de proyectos humanitarios, con un enfoque en Seguridad Alimentaria.
Implementando estrategias y metodologías para seguridad alimentaria principalmente y deseable en medios de vida en entornos de emergencia; en agua, saneamiento e higiene en comunidad método de barreras múltiples, higiene, saneamiento y en establecimientos de salud.
Experiencia en adecuación cultural de las metodologías, recursos y actividades en medios de vida, Wash, seguridad alimentaria.
Experiencia previa en una organización internacional; de preferencia con experiencia humanitaria.
Gran capacidad para seguir instrucciones, y planes de trabajo, gestionar recursos, y comunicarse asertivamente.
Experiencia previa en representación y plataformas de coordinación.
Fuertes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo; capacidad comprobada para priorizar y entregar según lo estimado en los planes de trabajo.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas para resolver problemas y sólido enfoque de trabajo en resultados.
Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en una estructura de equipo global dinámica y multifuncional.
