About Interloop
Interloop is a People, Process, and Technology
consulting firm with offices in Delhi NCR and Dubai. We've grown profitably for
seven consecutive years, working with founders and CXOs across HR Tech, Sales
Tech, Process Consulting, and Custom Apps.
We're now evolving from a services firm into a
product-led organization — and our digital presence needs to catch up. That's
what this project is about.
About The Project
This is not a traditional internship. Project
Ekdromē is a real project with a real outcome — a complete overhaul of
Interloop's digital presence. The team selected will audit what exists, rebuild
what doesn't work, and deliver a live website along with a full content and
strategy framework.
The project runs as a team of three. Each person
owns one track. All three tracks are interdependent — the team succeeds or
falls together. Apply as a complete team of three.

• Full redesign and rebuild of
interloop.in — new structure, copy, and visual direction
• Brand and content fine-print
review across all digital touchpoints
• SEO and analytics foundation
— tracking, benchmarks, and gap fixes
• LinkedIn and social content
framework — templates, cadence, content calendar
• Documentation so the work
can be maintained and extended after the project ends
The success condition
The new website goes live and replaces the current
one. At project end, the work is rated by a 15-member panel — Interloop team, 5
customers, and 5 neutral evaluators. The rating determines the performance
bonus component.
The Three Role - Job/Internship Description
01 - Web Developer
Builds the website. Leads the team day-to-day.
• Strong frontend skills —
HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React or similar preferred
• Comfortable with CMS
platforms or custom builds depending on audit findings
• Translates design direction
into live, performant pages
02 - Content & Brand
Owns every word and ensures everything looks and
sounds like Interloop.
• Strong writing skills —
clear, concise, no filler
• Can audit existing content,
identify gaps, and rewrite to brand voice
• Comfortable with LinkedIn
content, employer branding, and case study writing
Visual sensibility — not a designer, but knows
when something is off
03 - Digital Strategy & Analytics
Makes sure the right people find Interloop — and
the team can prove what's working.
• SEO fundamentals — keyword
research, on-page optimisation, technical basics
• Analytics setup and reading
— Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent
• Competitor and market audit
capability
Builds strategy grounded in data, tracks
performance, reports to the team.
Who Should Apply
Ideal profile
• Final-year undergraduate or
postgraduate students, or recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation)
• Background in marketing,
communications, computer science, design, or a related field — but we care more
about what you can do than what you studied
• Genuinely curious about how
businesses build and communicate their brand online
• Comfortable with ambiguity —
this project doesn't have a script
• Can commit to the full
2-month duration and the Delhi NCR attendance requirement
