Insurtech Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc.
You will play a key role in helping us build some of the world's leading business conferences by bringing the right people into the room.
We will give you the training, tools and responsibility to succeed while continuously challenging you to develop your commercial skills and accelerate your career.
You’ll be based out of our HQ in London, where you will work alongside an ambitious and entrepreneurial team.

Your mission will be to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending United Media's international conferences.
Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
Drive new business revenue: Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees across our portfolio of conferences.
Own your sales targets: Take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
Execute high-volume outreach: Work within a fast-paced outbound sales environment, making 60+ calls per day and creating approximately 10 qualified sales opportunities or proposals.
Own your pipeline: Manage prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close, ensuring opportunities continue to move forward.
Become an expert: Develop a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can confidently communicate why the right people should be in the room.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our marketing, content and conference teams to continuously improve our campaigns and the experience we offer delegates.
You have a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency and a genuine desire to succeed. You enjoy competing against ambitious targets, take ownership of your results and are motivated by seeing your own performance improve.
Most importantly, you want to sell. You enjoy the chase, the conversation and the feeling of turning an opportunity into a closed deal.

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We are equally interested in exceptional graduates and early-career candidates who can demonstrate the drive, communication skills and competitive mindset needed to build a successful career in sales.
Monday–Friday we work from our office next to Sloane Square Station. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we do not offer remote work.
