The Program Assistant supports the Global Membership team by managing member data, processing renewals, and preparing engagement reports. They also assist with membership recruitment, marketing initiatives, and general administrative coordination.
A college degree and at least one year of related work experience are required. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

The Institute is currently seeking a Program Assistant to join our Global Membership team. This staff member will be responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, the following:
IIF is pleased to provide its staff with a hybrid work environment: staff members are currently required to work in the office in Washington, DC, Tuesdays through Thursdays but have the option of working remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

IIF considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
While base pay is an integral part of our total compensation package, we also place a strong emphasis on providing comprehensive benefits to recognize and support our employees’ contributions, alongside our performance-based bonus program.

To help you recharge, you will receive 15 days (prorated based on hire date) for annual leave and 1.25 days per month for sick leave (which is the equivalent of 3 weeks each per year). The amount of annual leave increases the longer you are at IIF. Plus, we normally observe the major national holidays in the countries where we operate.
