Wij veranderen hoe e-commerce bezorging werkt: geen gemiste bezorgpogingen meer, geen thuisblijven, gewoon ophalen wanneer het jou uitkomt en hogere conversie voor onze klanten door meer tevreden consumenten.
In Nederland zijn we in volle versnelling: we bouwen ons lockernetwerk uit en willen hard groeien in parcelvolume. Daarvoor hebben we iemand nodig die nieuwe merchants binnenbrengt. Jij bent de motor achter die groei.
Als Manager Transport ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbare uitvoering van alle transportdiensten van en naar Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze transportoperatie soepel draait, kostenbewust wordt aangestuurd en continu verbetert.
Je bent onderdeel van het Operations Management Team en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de transportstrategie voor InPost Nederland. Daarbij vertaal je Europese richtlijnen, lokale doelstellingen en operationele behoeften naar concreet beleid, slimme processen en meetbare resultaten.
Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling Transport en werkt nauw samen met interne teams, externe transportpartners en Europese InPost-collega’s.
