🎯 Votre mission
Vous jouez un rôle central dans la conception, le développement et l’évolution de nos produits et services.
Au carrefour du business, des opérations et de la tech, vous contribuez directement à la performance et à l’innovation de nos offres.
🛠️ Ce que vous ferez
Vous concevez de nouveaux services pour les marchés nationaux et internationaux, construisez les business cases associés et structurez les processus. En véritable chef d’orchestre, vous coordonnez les équipes internes (Opérations, Réseau, Sales, Marketing, Tech) et pilotez les lancements de produits.
Vous intervenez en tant que Product Owner sur les offres commerciales : évolution des produits, validation des changements opérationnels et amélioration continue de la proposition de valeur. Vous travaillez également en lien avec l’équipe Pricing pour ajuster les politiques tarifaires et maximiser la performance économique.
Vous participez activement aux projets stratégiques en tant qu’expert produit, collaborez avec vos homologues internationaux et contribuez à la construction de solutions globales.
Au contact des clients, vous intervenez lors de réunions, webinaires ou formations pour promouvoir les offres et recueillir des retours terrain. Vous analysez le marché et la concurrence afin d’identifier des opportunités d’innovation.
Enfin, vous assurez la cohérence de la documentation commerciale (contrats, offres, conditions), contribuez à la diffusion de la connaissance produit et accompagnez les équipes Sales dans la bonne appropriation des offres.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en développement de produits ou services, idéalement dans un environnement logistique, e‑commerce ou technologique.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en gestion de projets, votre leadership et votre capacité à travailler en transversal avec des interlocuteurs variés.
Structuré(e), analytique et orienté(e) business, vous savez piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique.
Vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel et maîtrisez l’anglais, indispensable pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
