Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient 24/7 production operations. Manage maintenance scheduling, procurement of parts, and technical troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
Requires a degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or 3-5 years of industrial maintenance supervisory experience. Must possess strong leadership skills and familiarity with industrial maintenance techniques like PM, PDM, and CMMS.
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel to support safe and efficient production operations. The role is also responsible for developing and managing maintenance scheduling information, supporting the procurement of parts, equipment, and services, and providing technical guidance for equipment troubleshooting as needed. This position works alongside another Maintenance Supervisor, with both sharing responsibility for the key activities outlined below.
