Je bent het gezicht van ING in de lokale zakelijke markt en samen met je team doe je er alles aan om de positie van ING als huisbankier voor ondernemers verder te versterken. Met jou erbij maakt dit team zich sterk om met een persoonlijke, eerlijke en open benadering in te spelen op de klantwensen en zo onze klanten optimaal te begeleiden om succesvol te zijn. Ook heb je een belangrijke rol in het proactief binden van nieuwe zakelijke klanten aan ING. Hiervoor ga je multidisciplinaire samenwerkingen aan met adviseurs van de ING onderdelen Kantoren, Vermogen, Wonen Private & Entrepreneural Wealth.
De rol en verantwoordelijkheden
ING Business Banking NL werkt voor klanten in de volle breedte van het kleine tot groot-zakelijke segment. Hiermee integreren en creëren we een toekomstbestendige en integrale uitvoering van onze servicemodellen; Easy Banking, Guided Banking en Relationship Banking. Voor Guided en Relationship Banking zijn onze salesteams regionaal verdeeld in vier regio’s en verantwoordelijk voor SME- en MidCorp-klanten, inclusief REF.
Het Adviesteam Zakelijk van ING bestaat landelijk uit ongeveer 150 adviseurs die werkzaam zijn in een guided bedieningsmodel in 13 rayons. Je werkt vanuit een advieskantoor, maar gaat ook regelmatig langs op locatie bij ondernemers. Je hebt als adviseur geen vaste klantportefeuille, maar stapt in op transactie basis en bent in staat om tijdens dit traject snel het vertrouwen te winnen van de ondernemer. Binnen je kantoor maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van circa 9 enthousiaste en gedreven collega’s. In dit team werk je samen met adviseurs van Kantoren, Vermogen, Private Banking en Wonen volgens de Agile-methode, zodat nieuwe ideeën snel tot leven komen.
