The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for customers, managing reception duties and scheduling appointments. They are responsible for maintaining client records, handling inbound calls, and providing administrative support for new business policies.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a reception or customer-facing role and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. A Health and/or Life Insurance license is preferred but not required.
