Requires an MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science with 5-10+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration. Must have a proven track record in foundry engagement, tape-out execution, and high-volume manufacturing.
We are looking for a Principal / Senior Silicon Photonics Process Engineer to lead process integration, NPI execution, and foundry collaboration for advanced silicon photonics platforms.
Based in Asia, you will serve as the primary technical interface with external foundry partners in Asia and internal design teams in the U.S., owning process development, yield optimization, manufacturability, and program delivery.
This is a fab-facing integration + program leadership role (not a design role).
