The Warehouse Technician will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role requires hands-on work and general warehouse organization.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required, and basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and inventory tracking.

As iNet continues to grow, we are hiring a Warehouse Technician in Midland, TX, to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, equipment handling, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow processes accurately while supporting internal teams and customer needs.
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
· Dependable and able to show up on time, work safely, and follow instructions
· Ability to perform hands-on work in a warehouse environment, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory support
· Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
· Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
· Warehouse, shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory experience is helpful, but not required
· Forklift experience is a plus; training may be provided for the right candidate
