The operator monitors and operates low hazard equipment and facilities to ensure quality and conformance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, taking samples, and maintaining safe and sanitary conditions within the plants.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift 55lbs and work night shifts. Preferred qualifications include a two-year technical degree and previous experience in food plant operations or mechanical aptitude.
