The Senior Account Manager provides day-to-day customer service and support to underwriters, agents, and principals while acting as a liaison between the organization and clients. Responsibilities include processing renewals, endorsements, and audit transactions, as well as maintaining bond files and preparing account-related documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, basic accounting experience, and knowledge of underwriting support processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship are required.
IAT Insurance Group Surety Business Unit has an immediate opening for an Senior Account Manager in our Naperville, Illinois location. This role will provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to Underwriters, Agents, Principals. Acts as a liaison between the organization and clients, working closely with both entities to ensure needs are met.
This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.

The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
