With a delivery range that extends through Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC, along with a second distribution center in Miami Metro, covering all of South Florida, I.Halper Paper & Supplies carries an extensive product offering, including food service disposables, custom branded packaging, janitorial and sanitation supplies, and many eco-friendly options. Our commitment to exceptional service, environmental sustainability, and a collaborative approach to building strong relationships, has solidified our reputation in the industry as a trusted partner for every customer. 

Locations Serviced: New York, New York – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx, NY – Northern/Central/Southern New Jersey - Long Island and Hamptons, NY - Westchester NY - Staten Island - Connecticut - Boston - Philadelphia - Washington, DC - Baltimore - Bethesda MD/Arlington VA - Eastern PA - South Florida - Miami - Orlando - Ft. Role Objectives:
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors.
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, manage initial onboarding and continue consultation to provide over the top service.
  • Account Management: Upsell and cross sell to continue adding products and categories throughout the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business development efforts through strategic client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food packaging/janitorial/sanitation industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
