The Service Technician provides technical support, diagnostics, and repair for two-way radio communication equipment and related systems. They are responsible for configuring products, managing RMAs, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer specifications are met.
Candidates should have an associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT, along with experience troubleshooting electronic equipment. Proficiency in RF principles and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
