Creative Marketing Executive

About Hy Digital

Hy Digital is a digital growth agency based in Bangkok. We help companies grow through marketing, advertising, CRM systems, automation, and AI workflows. Our clients range from hotels and hospitality brands to e-commerce, entertainment, real estate, and B2B companies.

We are building an AI-first agency. Most of the repetitive work in marketing is already handled by systems we built ourselves. What we need now is not another marketing executive to push tasks through a checklist. We need someone with a creative eye who can take work the last 20 percent: polish a design, fix a layout, make a piece of content actually look and sound good before it goes out.

This is not a typical marketing executive job

Most agency marketing roles are process jobs: schedule posts, fill in report templates, follow the plan. Our AI systems do a lot of that already. Your job starts where the automation stops.

That means:

• You take AI-generated drafts, designs, and reports and finish them to a standard a client is happy to pay for
• You have taste. You notice when spacing is off, when a headline is weak, when a design almost works but not quite
• You are not scared of technical things. You will work inside ad platforms, a CMS, tracking tools, and our internal systems. You do not need to know them today. You need to be the kind of person who clicks around, breaks things in a test environment, and figures it out
• You will learn constantly, directly from the founder and from the AI tools themselves. We treat this as an apprenticeship in modern marketing, not a fixed job scope

If you are a designer who drifted into marketing, a marketer who secretly enjoys the creative side more, or a generalist who picks up tools fast, this role fits you better than your job title suggests.

What you will do

• Finish and polish creative work: social graphics, ad creatives, landing pages, decks, and client reports
• Create and schedule content for client accounts and for Hy Digital itself
• Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with our systems doing the heavy lifting
• Write and edit copy so it sounds human, on-brand, and clear
• Prepare monthly client reports and communicate directly with clients on progress
• Work inside our internal AI systems daily and tell us where they fall short, so we can improve them together
• Keep multiple client accounts moving without someone chasing you

Who this role is for

• 1 to 3 years experience in marketing, design, content, or agency work. Portfolios beat CVs here
• You can show us things you made: designs, posts, campaigns, videos, a brand you ran, even personal projects
• Comfortable with design tools (Canva at minimum; Figma, Photoshop, or video editing is a real plus)
• Curious about the technical side: ads platforms, websites, analytics, AI tools
• Good written English. Thai is your working language with most clients and the team
• Organized, independent, and honest about what you do not know yet

You do not need to arrive with every skill. You need to learn fast and care about quality. The training is on us.

Work setup

• Hybrid, mostly remote, 1 to 2 office days per week in Bangkok
• Small team, direct communication, no layers of management
• Local and international clients
