Responsible for the meticulous upkeep of community grounds, building exteriors, and amenities including power washing and trash removal. Assists the maintenance team with appliance delivery, unit preparation, and general property repairs to ensure curb appeal.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of previous work experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
A Brief Overview
The Porter is responsible for assisting in all phases of grounds, property maintenance, and appearance including but not limited to power washing, raking, yard maintenance, trash collection, and appliance delivery. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work. The position will require the ability to work with exterior equipment, power tools, and heavy lifting.

Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $19.50 - $22.50, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
