The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining homes, offices, and common areas to ensure they remain in an attractive and sanitary condition. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, managing trash removal, and reporting any necessary repairs to management.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of previous work history. The role requires the ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 25 pounds, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning homes, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, mail rooms, exercise rooms, and swimming pool areas, and maintaining these areas in an attractive condition. Additional duties may include administrative and other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The pay rate for this position is $17.53, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
