The Community Supervisor assists the Community Director in overall property operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and site-level leadership. Key duties include managing rent collection, financial reporting, lease administration, and overseeing property maintenance and safety.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of property leasing experience, and 1-3 years of management experience. A bachelor's degree and certifications such as ARM, CAM, or CPO are preferred.
A Brief Overview
The Community Supervisor assists the Community Director with the overall operation of the property to ensure customer satisfaction. This position interacts with internal and external customers including residents, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as Hunt employees. This position is also responsible for site level leadership, responsible for collecting and posting rent payments; managing resident delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices; and performing pre-close and close-out accounting processes.
