Lead and supervise restaurant shifts to ensure smooth, safe operations and compliance with operational standards. Act as a trainer and mentor to crew members while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting sales growth.
Candidates must have experience in retail or hospitality and a passion for coaching and mentoring team members. A high-energy mindset aligned with company values and a commitment to guest obsession are required.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.
