Functie: Optical Transmission Technical Support Engineer (Partner Enablement & Project Delivery | Dutch Speaking) - Graduate Program

Bieden van technische ondersteuning en expertise voor optische transmissieoplossingen, waaronder Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Optical Transport Network (OTN) en aanverwante transportnetwerktechnologieën.
Ontwerpen en verzorgen van technische trainingen, workshops en ondersteuning bij certificering voor partners, om hun kennis en vaardigheden te versterken in het implementeren en onderhouden van Huawei optische transmissieoplossingen.
Ondersteunen van de uitvoering van projecten op het gebied van optische transmissie, waaronder het verifiëren van oplossingen, het beoordelen van netwerkontwerpen, inbedrijfstelling, migratie en het oplossen van technische storingen.
Analyseren en oplossen van technische vraagstukken tijdens de implementatie van projecten en het beheer van netwerken, om een soepele oplevering en een hoge klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie, best practices en kennisbankartikelen voor intern gebruik en ter ondersteuning van partners.

Afgeronde bacheloropleiding (WO) of hoger in Telecommunicatie, Optische Technologie, Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk, is vereist.
Gedegen kennis van optische transmissietechnologieën, waaronder Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Optical Transport Network (OTN), Automatically Switched Optical Network (ASON) en netwerkplanningssoftware. Praktische ervaring met Huawei apparatuur of vergelijkbare oplossingen van andere leveranciers is vereist.
Sterke communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met partners en klanten.
Proactieve instelling, teamgerichte werkhouding en bereidheid om te reizen binnen de Benelux en Ierland.
Relevante certificeringen, zoals Huawei Certified ICT Professional, Transmission (HCIP-Transmission) of een gelijkwaardige certificering.
