The Development Manager serves as the CRM Administrator and lead grant writer, managing key revenue sources and data integrity. They are also responsible for community engagement, mid-level fundraising, and supervising a Development Coordinator.
Requires 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development or data management with proven mastery of CRM systems like Bloomerang or Salesforce. Candidates must have a track record of securing grants and experience in leadership or project management.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Major Gifts as our lead storyteller, the Development Manager is the strategist ensuring those stories are backed by data, fueled by grants, and supported by the community.
At HSNEGA, we believe that "behind the scenes" doesn't mean "behind the mission." We are looking for a sharp, organized, and mission-driven professional to serve as our CRM Administrator, lead our grant-writing efforts, and champion our community-level fundraising. This is a role for someone who loves the satisfaction of a clean database as much as the joy of a successful community event. The Development Manager serves as the key support for the Senior Director of Major Gifts by managing key revenue sources (grants, direct mail, mid-level donors). They are a member of the Philanthropy and Marketing team and have one direct report.
