As a confirmed consultant, you will participate in every stage of the project, analyzing, proposing, implementing, and challenging solutions. You will work alongside experts to enhance your skills and contribute to significant projects.
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR consulting or HRIS, with a strong interest in talent-related topics. Proficiency in English and experience in implementing talent solutions are essential.

Et toi là-dedans ?
En tant que consultant(e) confirmé(e), tu participes à chaque étape du projet :
tu analyses, tu proposes, tu implémentes, tu challenges. Bref, tu montes en compétences à côté d’experts qui te feront progresser à vitesse grand V.
Le poste est fait pour toi si…
Tu as entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience en conseil RH ou SIRH, avec une vraie appétence pour les sujets Talent : GEPP, mobilité, formation, recrutement, gestion des carrières…
Tu sais transformer des enjeux RH en parcours talent efficaces et cohérents, en t’appuyant à la fois sur une vision stratégique et une bonne maîtrise des outils du marché.
Tu as déjà participé à la mise en œuvre de solutions Talent , jusqu’à l’accompagnement au changement.
Tu aimes le travail en équipe, tu sais écouter, proposer et convaincre, toujours avec professionnalisme, bienveillance et engagement.
Et cerise sur le gâteau : tu maîtrises l’anglais pour contribuer à des projets internationaux.
♻️ Être certifié·e en numérique responsable, c’est clairement un gros + pour nous.

- Un salaire fixe entre 40k€ et 50k€
- Un bonus individuel de 2 k€
