Lead and coach a high-performing PEO sales team to drive new business growth and exceed revenue targets. Develop strategic sales plans and build partnerships with referral sources like brokers and CPAs.
Requires over 5 years of B2B sales experience and at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the PEO or HR services industry. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot.
