The Benefit Account Associate supports the account team by managing client benefit programs, gathering reporting data, and organizing summaries. They also handle carrier implementations, renewals, eligibility changes, and client invoicing.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in group benefits and a foundational understanding of Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and an active Texas Life & Health license is required or must be acquired upon hiring.

Position Summary
The Benefit Account Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Benefits Account Team to provide proactive service and manage client benefit programs. This position involves working closely with the Account Manager and Account Executives to ensure smooth operations and prioritize tasks.
