Lead Integrated Logistics Support activities across Defence acquisition and sustainment projects while mentoring consultants. Build trusted relationships with Defence and industry clients to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
Requires demonstrated experience delivering ILS within the Australian Defence environment and a strong understanding of Technical Publications. A current Australian Government security clearance (Baseline minimum, NV1 preferred) is mandatory.

About the Role: Horsell is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead and grow our Integrated Logistics Support capability while supporting the successful delivery of Defence projects and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
Support expertise with leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with Defence and industry clients.
Working closely with Defence and industry clients, industry partners and the Horsell leadership team, you'll lead Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple projects, mentor consultants, support business development initiatives and help strengthen Horsell's Integrated Logistics Support capability.
