Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, and individualized support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Manage shelter operations including intakes, safety planning, and facilitating self-sufficiency workshops.
Requires a high school diploma and a valid Ohio driver's license with the ability to pass background checks. Preference is given to candidates with one year of experience in trauma, mental health, or addiction and relevant certifications like CPR and First Aid.
