Manage the full real estate loan process for credit union members from initial financial assessment through closing. Build relationships with third-party partners and ensure all loans comply with state and federal regulations.
Requires a high school diploma, NMLS requirements, and at least 3 years of related lending experience. Candidates must be proficient in interpreting financial statements, tax returns, and lending regulations.

Assist credit union members through the full real estate loan process, from initial assessment of financial needs through loan closing. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining strong communication with members and third party partners including realtors, title companies, and processors.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must meet or have met NMLS requirements
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or relevant training
• Working knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
• Completion of internal specialized training
OTHER JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to structure loan offers and interpret regulations, policies, and procedures
• Strong member service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports
• Understanding of title reports, insurance, and appraisals
• Knowledge of secondary market guidelines
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
