Operate Sheeter/Stacker machinery to construct HOBE and ensure materials flow efficiently through the production process. Perform visual quality inspections of printed rolls and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience. Candidates must be proficient in basic math, measurement tools, and meet specific U.S. citizenship or residency requirements.

Hexcel is currently seeking a Sheeter Material Handler for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $25.00 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period – normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $27.31 Per Hour. This position is on our “T1” 2x2x5x5 shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Week 1) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 2) 7:00AM to 7:00PM. Overtime is often required.
