Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and improving Acousti-Cap equipment and processes through mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. This includes diagnosing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and ensuring equipment operates within quality specifications.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of mechanical maintenance experience, or a relevant technical degree. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a full set of mechanical tools, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Hexcel is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 1 - ACAP for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $34.15 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period – normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $35.95 Per Hour. This position is on Swing shift (3:00PM to 11:00PM, Monday – Friday + O/T as required) and pays a $1.75 per hour shift premium.
