Operate industrial equipment, primarily 5-axis milling machines, band saws, and industrial ovens. Prepare tools and parts while inspecting products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and proof of US Person status. Preference is given to candidates with a stable manufacturing work history and at least six months of hand and power tool experience.

Hexcel is currently seeking a CNC Operator for our Burlington, WA location. Primary recruitment is for 2nd and 3rd shift. No previous CNC experience required - we provide training! Hexcel Burlington is a great culture, provides a safe working environment and has a committed workforce. If you are someone who enjoys technology, is detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and loves a team environment, this position is for you! Previous experience will be considered. Future increases are based on skills acquired and longevity in the position. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
Summary pay range: $23.96 - $34.53 hourly wage rate.
