Operate and maintain horizontal saws to cut core materials according to customer specifications and quality standards. Track production data using SPC software and perform supporting duties such as material changeovers and scheduling.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience, preferably in manufacturing. Candidates must be proficient with measurement tools, basic math, and meet specific U.S. citizenship or residency requirements.

Hexcel is currently seeking a Horizontal Sawyer for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $27.84 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period – normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $30.02 Per Hour. This position pays a $1.75 per hour shift premium and is on our “T4” 2x2x5x5 shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 1) 7:00PM to 7:00AM; and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Week 2) 7:00PM to 7:00AM. Note that the workday on this shift is designated by the day the shift ends. Overtime is often required.
