Lead troubleshooting for premium customers by isolating hardware and software issues and replicating environments in labs. Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely resolution while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with L3 teams.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Science with 3+ years of networking experience, or 2+ years of specialized Juniper/Aruba experience. Proficiency in L2/L3 technologies, routing protocols, and wireless LAN platforms is essential.

Requires B.E. in Electronics/Engineering or Computer Science ( or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in Networking Industry.
