The associate will handle transactional real estate matters, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Responsibilities include both the drafting and negotiating of legal documents for development deals and financings.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and have four to seven years of big law experience. Proven experience in transactional real estate and financing is required.
