The specialist will identify funding opportunities and draft grant proposals to support research and innovation in ageing and age care. They will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality submissions and effective resource mobilization.
A Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in research or grant support. Candidates must possess strong English writing skills and a deep interest in healthy ageing and social development.

Position Summary
The Proposal Development
Specialist (Research) will support the development of grant proposals and
fundraising efforts for research and innovation in ageing and age care. This
role is ideal for an early/mid-career professional interested in research,
public health, and development financing. The candidate will assist in
identifying funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating with
internal teams to advance the Institute’s mission in healthy ageing,
gerontology, and long-term care.
