Lead the preparation and submission of APRA regulatory returns for Level 1 and Level 2 entities. Drive reporting automation and support finance transformation initiatives, including general ledger migration.
Requires CA or CPA qualification with over 3 years of post-qualified experience, specifically in APRA reporting within financial services. Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Snowflake is highly regarded.

The Financial Accountant is responsible for the preparation and delivery of regulatory reporting across the Helia Group, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely submission of APRA and other regulatory returns. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial and Investment teams, the role supports reporting automation, process improvements and key finance transformation initiatives, including the migration of the general ledger.
This is a maximum-term contract opportunity for 9 months.
